If you’re new to me… hi there! My name is Donnelda (but I shorten it to D), and I’m a passionate life coach and stress educator for professional women. Rest assured that my ‘old-school’ values, empathy and caring nature will have you in good hands.

I’ve been fortunate enough to have a lot of variety in my life, including experiencing my passions of travel, health & fitness, to name a few. My personal growth journey started many years ago and I’ve had the pleasure of studying the great teachings from some of the top experts in the space, including Dale Carnegie, Success Motivation Institute, Louise Hay, Tony Robbins, T. Harv Eker, Christian Michelsen and many others. I received my qualifications through the International Coaching Federation accredited Life Coaching Academy in Australia. Other background includes Accounting, Travel Consultant, and I also achieved certificates in nutrition and fitness. I love to explore new things. Learning and then sharing that acquired knowledge is enjoyable for me, so it is a pleasure to support my clients to achieve their goals, live their passion, and enjoy good mental, physical and financial health.

And while that all sounds great – it wasn’t always a nice walk in the park. In fact, I have been where you might be right now.

In 2012 a dark period of my life hit me… I was so weighed down with stress (work and home) that my zest for life had gone. From overloaded adrenals, the domino effect meant a number of health issues were created (unexplained weight gain, digestive problems, insomnia, depression to name a few). I tried to soldier on through all these problems, but it literally took 2 years to heal. It wasn’t too long before the 2nd major stress scenario hit (included anxiety that time). When I was staring down the barrel of the possibility of a 3rd impact (in 2018), I decided that prevention was better than cure and so the search for a solution began.

It wasn’t that the stressors in my life had gone away – they hadn’t – but by drawing on my personal development background and knowledge along with a period of intense study, I was able to develop a unique, effective process that could take me from being in a stressed state to one of calm, quickly and easily.  Then I identified a way to find and address the underlying issues, so I could defuse and destress not just to get better, but to also stay protected.

How?

Because I finally nailed down the essential steps to building a stress-proof mindset, the kind of mindset that those ‘unruffled, always-peaceful-no-matter-what-is-happening individuals’ that you know seem to have naturally.  If you are like I was and crave to find peace and ease – to feel lighter, happier and in control every day no matter what life throws at you – I want to share my pathway to developing the mental tools to manage stress in my Simple Stress-Busting System.

What are you waiting for?
