My name is Donnelda (shortened to just “D”), and I’m a passionate life coach and stress educator for professional women.
I’ve had the honour of learning from some of the top experts in the space, Dale Carnegie, SMI, Louise Hay, Tony Robbins, T. Harv Eker, Christian Mickelsen and many others. I received my qualifications through the International Coaching Federation accredited Life Coaching Academy in Australia. I have a background in Accounting, a Certificate in Nutrition and Fitness, and I love to support my clients to achieve their goals, live their passion, and enjoy good mental, physical and financial health.
And while that all sounds great (and it is!), I haven’t always lived a lifestyle that supported me to stay grounded, calm and stress-free. In fact, between 2012 and 2015 I experienced two significant stress illnesses. In 2016, I was completely stress-symptom free. But in 2018 I was staring down the barrel of the possibility of a 3rd impact, so decided that prevention was a better option and set about finding a solution.
How did I do that?
By drawing on my personal development background and knowledge, I nailed down the essential elements to creating a stress-proof lifestyle and mindset.
